Developer pulls rezoning request for proposed AI data center in Howell Township

The developer behind the proposed AI data center in Howell Township has withdrawn their rezoning request. It's not yet clear what that ultimately means for the project-- but the township board is still moving forward with a public hearing about it Monday night.
