Sterling Heights man bound over on felonious assault charges after hitting school officials

Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido announced that 45-year-old Lemuel Young of Sterling Heights waived his preliminary exam and was bound over to Macomb County Circuit Court on charges of felonious assault.
