Video: Warren man arrested after leading police on I-94 chase with stolen car

A 22-year-old Warren man has been taken into custody after he allegedly led police on a chase with a stolen car in Macomb County, officials said. At about 11:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2025, Michigan State Police notified the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office about an alleged stolen car they were tracking on eastbound I-94 near 12 Mile Road, according to a release. The driver led police on a chase after deputies tried to initiate a traffic stop. Police used tire deflation devices, and the car eventually pulled over on the shoulder of westbound I-94 near North River Road. The driver and the three other people inside the car were all taken into custody.
