Man holds son as shield after Warren chase

Otez Coil, a 31-year-old Detroit man, was arrested after reportedly leading Warren police on a high-speed chase while intoxicated, with his 9-year-old son in the car. It began when officers attempted a traffic stop for erratic driving, but Coil allegedly fled, eventually crashing into a guardrail. Police said they safely separated Coil from his uninjured son and arrested him, discovering open alcohol bottles in the car.
