‘When seconds mattered’: Body cam captures Sterling Heights officer reviving unresponsive 1-year-old

Upon arriving within one minute, he immediately administered back blows, successfully resuscitating the child who began to cry. The incident highlighted the effective and lifesaving actions of Officer Virgadamo, praised by Police Chief Andy Satterfield as exemplary policing. Additionally, Sgt.
