Humane Society investigates dog abuse caught on doorbell camera in Ypsilanti

A disturbing video from Ypsilanti shows a man chasing a dog trying to escape, then striking and dragging the animal away. The Humane Society of Huron Valley is investigating the suspected abuse and seeking help to identify the man. They urge anyone with information to contact them or visit hshv.org to assist in rescuing the dog.
