Oakland County couple stranded after truck stuck in dealership for over a month due to part delay

A 79-year-old Clarkston man says he’s been without his Chevrolet Silverado for over a month because the dealership that is servicing the truck can’t get the part it needs. He bought the truck because it fit his wife’s wheelchair.  He is her sole caretaker. Now, he’s left without a way for them to get around.  Dave Clarence Webster bought his truck in 2023. Around Dec. 1, he got a notice on the truck. He didn’t know that would mean they wouldn’t have the car they need for over 40 days now.
