Ex-Oxford Center worker says key safety item was abandoned years before hyperbaric chamber explosion

A former employee testified that the Oxford Center in Troy stopped using grounding wrist straps in hyperbaric chambers in 2017, years before a 2025 explosion killed a 5-year-old boy and injured his mother.
