Snow-covered neighborhood streets slow traffic as Metro Detroit cities declare emergencies

Many Metro Detroit residents woke up Friday to neighborhood roads still covered in snow, making school drop-offs and commuting difficult. Now, the fresh round of snow on Friday afternoon is falling on top of neighborhood side streets that are already a mess from the snow on Wednesday. Local 4's Amaya Kuznicki talked to residents across the area, who expressed their frustrations.
