Tamela Peterson, former CEO linked to the deadly hyperbaric chamber explosion in Troy, now faces charges of health care fraud. She is accused of engaging in false healthcare claims practices, including billing for services not rendered. Peterson owned the Oxford Center locations in Troy and Brighton.
