Listen: Caller makes 3 bomb threats to misdirect police before Grand Blanc church attack

The Grand Blanc Township church shooter called in three bomb threats to nearby churches to misdirect police right before his real attack, authorities said. The call to Genesee County 911 was made at 10:21 a.m. Sept. 28, 2025 -- just minutes before the attack that killed four people and injured several others at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
