Attorney wants Sherrone Moore's charges dropped. Here's why

Former University of Michigan head football coach Sherrone Moore appeared in court on Thursday, Jan. 22, for a probable cause conference. His attorney, Ellen Michaels, asked for more time to gather evidence, and the prosecution also told the judge the investigation was still ongoing. The judge agreed to push the hearing to March. Outside, Michaels told reporters that she's working to have Moore's charges dropped.
