Porch pirate makes off with taxidermied bear in ‘grizzly’ Michigan theft

Michigan State Police are investigating the theft of a taxidermied black bear from a porch in Ganges Township, about 20 miles south of Holland. The stolen bear was adorned with a ring, necklace, fake sheriff's badge, and a holster with a fake gun. The suspect, whose gender is unknown, was seen on security footage wearing black clothing and glasses, dragging the bear into the darkness. Authorities are seeking information from the public to aid in the investigation.
