Families brave the cold for Plymouth Ice Festival

This weekend, downtown Plymouth turns into a winter showplace with the Plymouth Ice Festival. More than 150 ice sculptures are going up across the city, and the below-freezing temperatures are helping artists create some of their best work yet.
