I-94 rebuild project begins this month in Wayne County -- What to know

 The Michigan Department of Transportation will soon begin construction work on its three-year project to restore and rebuild I-94 from Romulus to Dearborn. The Restore I-94 project is scheduled to begin in late February, with all of the work expected to be completed by mid-2029.
