Oakland County ties shine as Team USA wins figure skating gold

The medal count for the Winter Olympics shows the U.S. has an uphill climb if it wants to catch up with the leaders. Italy is out front with nine, and Japan has jumped up to second! Team USA currently sits seventh with a pair of gold medals. One of those gold medals came in team figure skating, courtesy of a duo with ties to Oakland County!
