Go 4 It: Collecting needed supplies for Metro Detroit animal shelter

Local 4 is teaming up with Michigan Animal Rescue League, one of Southeast Michigan’s longest-serving shelters, to collect much-needed supplies for dogs and cats in its care. The shelter, which has served the community since 1953, provides rescue, medical care, adoption services, and outreach to help animals find safe, loving homes. Join us from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026, at MARL, 340 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard North in Pontiac, as we partner with Henry Ford Health and Gilbert Family Foundation to support this cause.
