Oakland County babysitter accused of sexually assault to appear in court

An Oakland County babysitter arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a child for years is expected to appear in court on Tuesday. Michael Alan Bank, 58, was charged with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct of a person under 13 and one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct of a person under 13.
