Wheelchair transportation failures leave Metro Detroit patient stranded before doctor visits

A man with disabilities says he’s missed important doctor’s appointments, because the only company his insurance pays to transport him keeps dropping the ball. The rides are either cancelled at the last minute, or they do show up, but with the wrong type of van for the patient's wheelchair. After getting no answers, that man’s brother reached out to us for help.
