March is Reading Month: Darnell reads to students at 2 schools in Hamtramck, Detroit

March is Reading Month -- Our Crime and Safety Expert Darnell Blackburn had a chance to read to two different classes this month. The first was over at Dickinson East Elementary School in Hamtramck, and the second was over at Bibleway Church on Detroit's west side.
