Court ruling over uncounted ballots in Hamtramck's mayoral race could bring immediate change
The Michigan Court of Appeals ruled that 37 absentee ballots that were left uncounted during the Hamtramck mayoral election should have been counted. Initially a court ruled those ballots couldn't be counted, but now an appeals court says otherwise. This ruling means that the city's current mayor, Adam Alharbi, could be unseated.
