Jogger seriously injured after being attacked by dogs in Plymouth Township
A jogger was seriously injured after being attacked by three dogs in Plymouth Township Saturday morning. Police said the pit bull and two cane corsos attacked the runner on Canton Center Road. Shortly after 6:30 a.m. on March 28, officers received a call about the attack, and the man was unresponsive and no longer fighting back. When the first officer arrived, they could not immediately reach the man because the dogs blocked access and aggressively approached. The officer fired at the dogs, hitting one cane corso. All three dogs ran off. Officers and paramedics then aided the man and transported him to the hospital, where he is in stable condition.
