Concrete thrown from overpass hits car on I-94

A St. Clair Shores man said his car was damaged after he believes someone chucked pieces of concrete off an overpass. It happened Sunday night on westbound I-94 at Frazho Road. The driver said another car also sustained damage. Police are investigating.
