Macomb County family believes neighbor vandalized son's memorial

A family in Harrison Township is hurt after they say someone keeps vandalizing the memorial for their son Max, who died nearly a year ago after drowning near their home. They believe a neighbor keeps taking items from the memorial that hold sentimental value.
