April is Stress Awareness Month. Whether it’s work or family, can you identify the people in your life who make you more stressed? A new study finds that almost 30% of people have at least one “hassler” in their lives. That’s someone who causes you stress and makes life more difficult. 10% of people have at least two hasslers. And here’s the problem: It can also lead to more anxiety, depression, and long-term health conditions. Carrie Krawiec, a therapist from the Birmingham Maple Clinic in Troy, joined Local 4 Live to discuss the best ways to manage the relationships that bring you stress.
