El Car Wash partnering with the Rainbow Connection -- what to know

When you drive around town, you probably see a few car washes here and there. But when does a car wash turn into something extra? El Car Wash is working on a new location in Troy and it comes with a twist. The car wash is offering to build office space, free of charge, for the children's charity, the Rainbow Connection.
