U of M researchers develop AI tool that could detect hard-to-spot heart disease

Diagnosing a hard-to-spot form of heart disease may soon be as simple as an EKG. Researchers at the University of Michigan developed an AI model that uses the common test to detect microvascular disease — a blockage of the heart's tiny blood vessels that increases the risk of a heart attack.
