Bodycam video shows Hamtramck kidnapping suspect's arrest

Donald James Joseph Arthur Fields, 48, is facing multiple charges after allegedly kidnapping a 16-year-old girl while she was waiting for the school bus on April 13.  The Hamtramck Police Department released unblurred bodycam video of Fields' arrest following his arraignment on Thursday.
