Six-year-old Romell Frazier Jr. of Detroit is recovering at home after a March pit bull attack resulted in the amputation of both his arms and serious injuries to his legs. Supported by his mother, Preshauna Jones, Romell is undergoing ongoing rehabilitation and will require further medical procedures and prosthetics.
