National Ice Cream Day: Ray's Ice Cream shows Local 4 how to make a sundae

National Ice Cream Day was officially declared in 1984 by President Reagan to happen the third Sunday in July. Representatives from Ray's Ice Cream joined Local 4 to show us how to make sundaes.
