Many areas of Florida remain under a Tropical Storm Warning after Elsa began moving in Tuesday.
Elsa is expected to make landfall somewhere near Florida’s Big Bend by late Wednesday morning or afternoon, then move across northern Florida and into Southeast Georgia through the rest of the day.
