4WARN WEATHER – There’s a chance for severe weather in parts of Southeast Michigan on Monday, and some alerts have already been issued.
The humidity is combining with the hot air to make it feel like the mid-90s.
That same moisture will help to fuel showers and thunderstorms over Southeast Michigan on Monday and Tuesday.
The strongest storms on Monday evening will be capable of heavy rain and gusty winds up to 60 mph. Rainfall at rates up to an inch an hour could cause street flooding.
Storms will wane by sunset on Monday, but a few showers could linger later into the night.
