DETROIT – Brrr! If you park outside, you might need to scrape some frost off your car this morning as temperatures have fallen into the 30s with wind chills below freezing. Otherwise, a sunny and seasonal start to the work week with highs this afternoon in the mid-50s.
We stay dry through Wednesday, but we will be breezy each day. Today’s wind gusts could be upward of 20 mph.
It does look like the end of the week will be a bit more unsettled. There will be chances for showers as early as Wednesday night through Friday morning. As of right now, it looks like we could dry out by midday on Friday, which will keep trick-or-treating dry, but winds will be noticeable with gusts over 20 mph.
Highs on Thursday and Friday will trend slightly cooler than average in the low 50s. If you are heading out to the Michigan game on Saturday or the Lions game on Sunday, we are keeping a close eye on shower chances this weekend and whether or not that will impact your tailgating plans. Highs this weekend remain in the low 50s.
