Wind Advisory issued this weekend for Metro Detroit -- here’s what to expect

Friday highs in lower 50s; Saturday highs in lower 60s

A Wind Advisory has been issued for all of Metro Detroit on Friday. From 8 a.m. to midnight, winds could gust as high as 40-45mph. Up in the thumb, 50mph gusts are possible. (WDIV)

4Warn Weather – April showers bring May flowers, but 45 mph winds do nothing other than send our trash cans three doors down the street.

A Wind Advisory has been issued for all of Metro Detroit on Friday. From 8 a.m. to midnight, winds could gust as high as 40-45mph. Up in the thumb, 50mph gusts are possible.

Rain continues overnight with a low in the mid-40s—Winds NW 5-15mph.

Friday

Prepare for a blustery Friday with high winds and scattered showers. Temperatures will struggle to reach the 40s for most of the day.
