4Warn Weather – Another somewhat active week is on tap with multiple chances for rain and another big temperature roller coaster.

For the rest of this Monday we’ll keep a close eye on a few showers and storms that are expected to develop to our west and northwest. It’s looking like most of us, if not all of us will remain dry. However, those west of US-23 could see a shower or two.

Tuesday

Overnight, a slightly better chance for a few showers is looking likely, and they are expected to be more scattered in coverage. This rain continues for the first half of Tuesday, so keep the umbrellas handy. Later Tuesday evening, more rain is looking possible, mainly south of I-94, but those chances are best further south.

Mid-week forecast

The second system brings us more rain later Thursday and Friday. Whatever falls on Thursday is not expected to be widespread. That comes overnight and for the majority of Friday, with more dry time building back in Friday evening.

Weekend forecast

Some data hints at a quick spotty shower or two on the back side of this system on Saturday, but those chances are not very high. It’s looking like the majority of Saturday is dry.

Along with the multiple shots for rain this week, we’re also looking to see some big temperature swings.

Next week forecast

Highs on Tuesday will only be in the 60s, but we return to the 70s starting Wednesday and even push into the lower 80s on Sunday and Monday of next week.
