Lamb Chop Recipe

Chris's Lamb Chops – 25 minutes (4 servings)

Ingredients:
4 lamb chops
3 small oranges
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 Tbsp white sugar
1Tbsp fresh ground ginger
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
16 asparagus strips

Directions:
Take lamb chops and rub in dry seasonings.
Fry chops in 2 Tbsp of oil on medium heat, 5 minutes on each side.
Remove from heat source.
Scoop orange innards out with a spoon and put into a separate pan on medium heat.
Add sugar and vanilla extract to pan.
Cook for 10 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
Plate lamb chops and pour orange reduction over chops.
Serve with asparagus on the side.
Garnish with red pepper and my signature mint.
