TROY, Mich. – Troy police have made two arrests in connection to the smash-and-grab robbery at the Saks Fifth Avenue in Somerset Collection mall.
Police had been searching for five people after two were shown on surveillance video smashing a Cartier watch display case at the store on June 13. One of them used a hammer to smash the glass while the other grabbed pricey watches.

Six watches were stolen from the store. Police say all five suspects fled the mall in a gray Ford Taurus. Three people still are wanted in connection to this robbery.
Joshua Colvin, 17, is one of two people arrested. The other is a juvenile, said Troy police.
Colvin, of Detroit, is charged with retail fraud. He pleaded not guilty and has been released on a $10,000 personal bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 1.
Meanwhile, the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office Juvenile Division is reviewing the incident and deciding how to handle the juvenile.
