SCIO TOWNSHIP, Mich. – The 25-year-old son of a Washtenaw County undersheriff has been killed in a car crash.
Michigan State Police said Dillon Orion-Dorje Ptaszek's Jeep hit a construction light generator early Friday morning on westbound I-94 at Wagner Road in Scio Township.

His Jeep rolled several times before catching on fire.
Ptaszek died at the scene.
Ptaszek is the son of Undersheriff Mark Ptaszek.
Police said the crash is still under investigation.
