Known for her interpretations of popular soul, jazz, soft rock and blues music, Hayes will be performing the concert from the Leon Loft. The singer and bassist has made appearances at festivals and concerts around the United States, including shows at the Ann Arbor Jazz Festival and Ann Arbor Summer Festival.

“Last year, you helped us blow the roof off GivingTuesday with virtual concerts. Your support helped A2SF navigate a global pandemic, and produce a summer of neighborhood pop-up concerts throughout Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti,” Ann Arbor Summer Festival said in an email.

Fans of the independent organization can watch the free Tuesday concert on Ann Arbor Summer Festival social media pages. Find the Facebook event here.

Giving Tuesday has been held the Tuesday after Thanksgiving annually since 2012. The movement encourages generosity and focuses on giving back to local communities.

This year A2SF has the goal of raising $25,000 for its operations and future Top of the Park plans. Donations will be collected all day on Giving Tuesday but those feeling generous can donate in advance at a2sf.org/donate.

Gifts donated any time before Wednesday, Dec.1, will be counted towards the goal, A2SF said in a social media post.
