ANN ARBOR – It’s officially the last weekend of summer and in Ann Arbor that means the Argo Livery will be renting its last boats of the season.
The location is a popular spot to rent boats for its large stretch of still water for gentler paddling and for its cascades that shoot you downriver for a 1.5 hour trip to Gallup Park.

Vans run around the clock to take boaters back to the Argo Livery parking lot.
After this weekend, the Gallup Livery will remain open Wednesday through Sunday through Oct. 23 and also features still water paddling on Gallup Pond and weekend river trips. The livery will be open and operating on these days weather permitting.
In the fall months, the liveries close on Mondays and Tuesdays.
