ANN ARBOR – Explore and experiment at the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum this weekend for just $3.

The family-friendly science museum is temporarily rolling back the cost of admission to match ticket prices from when it opened in 1982 in celebration of its 40th birthday.

Tickets will cost $3 per person on Saturday and Sunday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. when the museum is open. They usually cost $16 each for adults and children age 2 and older.

Those interested can buy tickets in advance here. Discounted admission will also be available at the museum.

Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum is at 220 E. Ann St.
