Trinity Ann Arbor hosting monthly series of free cooking classes

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Learn how to amp up the flavor of plant-based meals with a series of virtual classes by Trinity Ann Arbor’s Lifestyle Medicine team.
Classes will go over essential skills, like cooking basics, using spices and herbs, making quick dinners, and incorporating more plants into everyday meals.
Community members can join for free on the second Wednesday of each month. Each hour-long class starts at 6:30 p.m.

Sarah has worked for WDIV since June 2018. She covers community events, good eats and small businesses in Ann Arbor and has a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Grand Valley State University.
