Miles Austrevich has beat brain cancer three times in the past. But it's back again.

In another attempt to take the disease down, Austrevich is preparing to undergo two stem cell transplants at Children's Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles.

Austrevich will have to spend at least three months in isolation after the procedures. And his dad, Len, who used to own a comedy club, knows laughter is the best medicine.

The Austrevich family has set up a website, Jokes4Miles.com, where the goal is collect 5,000 jokes.

"I really like going on the website, checking out the jokes ... and a few times when I've been having a lot of trouble or a bad day, I go on there and it completely cheers me up," Austrevich said.
