Fitness Friday: Kung Fu Special

DETROIT – It's a fighting style showcased in many movies and it's taught in Detroit.

It's also a great workout.

Detroit Kung Fu Academy, located in in the city's Eastern Market, has been teaching self defense for more than a decade.
