Mitch Albom invites you to a delicious event

EAT Detroit fundraiser will be held Aug. 3

Award-winning journalist, New York Times best-selling author, and philanthropist Mitch Albom is back in action with EAT Detroit. It’s a fundraiser event that’s all about showcasing food in Detroit, while raising funds for the charities of SAY Detroit.

EAT Detroit eventgoers will each get a wristband, and then can eat and drink at multiple participating restaurants. General admission tickets will get you access to 14 restaurants, while VIP access means you can try dishes from all of the participating restaurants. Restaurants will be providing samples of three of their dishes and one cocktail.

EAT Detroit will be held Wednesday, August 3 from 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Tickets cost $150 for general admission, while VIP tickets are $275. Tickets can be purchased online. Watch the video above to hear Mitch Albom talk about a special VIP reception.
