Thursday night turns mostly clear and cool, with lows in the mid-40s to near 50 degrees.
Friday
Friday brings more sunshine and a high in the mid-60s.
The Tigers host the Pittsburgh Pirates at Comerica Park at 6:40 p.m., and fans can expect dry weather.
Temperatures will slip from the 60s into the 50s during the game.
Weekend
The dry stretch continues Saturday, with a high in the upper 60s. Sunday warms to around 70 as the Lions host the New York Jets at Ford Field for a 1 p.m. kickoff.
It should be a comfortable afternoon for tailgating, though early arrivals may want a light layer.
Temperatures stay closer to normal next week, with a high around 70 degrees Monday and the lower 70s Tuesday.
A chance of rain returns Wednesday.
