Summer blockbuster season is here

Every year we can anticipate big movies coming out during the summer months. After all, when the kids are out of school, there’s more time to spend at the theaters.

Movie reviewer Greg Russell sat down with “Live In The D” host Tati Amare and guest host Braylon Edwards to talk about some of the big movies he’s looking forward to this summer. He also said that one of the movies he really wanted to see is already in theaters.

As for the new movies out today, Russell talked about the live-action “The Little Mermaid” from Disney, and the movie “About My Father” which stars Robert De Niro and Sebastian Maniscalco. He gave both of them high praise, and said they’re great options to add to your summer movie list.
