See famous movie costumes in person in Metro Detroit

If you’re a fan of movies, here is a chance to see some of the costumes worn in famous films, and you won’t have to go to Hollywood. At the Somerset Collection in Troy the “Cinematic Couture” exhibition is on display with more than 40 different costumes from famous films.

“This is a one of a kind experience, and we’re already known for our one of a kind retailors, so it was fitting to bring ‘Cinematic Couture’ to Somerset,” said Somerset Collection General Manager Kate Millea.

The costumes are from blockbusters you know and love like “Pirates of the Caribbean”, “Sherlock Holmes”, “Victor Victoria”, and many more. Millea brought in two of the costumes on display including a dress from “Everafter” and “Emma” worn by Drew Berrymore and Anya Taylor-Joy respectively.
