The hype around the Detroit Lions this season is palpable. The city is on fire with passion for the team that is being looked at as one of the ones to watch after finishing last year on an 8-2 run. Tonight they start the season against the defending Super Bowl Champions the Kansas City Chiefs. To help everyone get hyped for the game, Terry “P.L.” Fox visited “Live In The D” to talk about his role with the Lions as a music creator for the team.
“I do the kickoff anthems. I do crowd chants, and social media music for the Lions,” said Fox.
Fox said this is his second season with the team, but he has been doing professional sports music for around 10 years. He also works with the Michigan Wolverines and does music and voice overs for them.
“I’m extremely hyped. I can’t wait to get to Ford Field for that first home game. That’s going to be amazing. I think we’re coming out of the NFC, just my prediction. I know the script,” said Fox.
