Enjoy a funky and soulful night in Detroit Average White Band will be performing on November 3
They are easily considered one of the best soul and funk bands in the history of music, and they’re known as Average White Band. The group will be in Detroit this weekend performing at the Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts on November 3.
“Live in the D” host Tati Amare got a chance to sit down with Alan Gorrie, one of the founding members of the band, ahead of their show in Detroit.
